Rahul Basu

An alumni of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Rahul Basu has over 19 years of experience in starting new businesses and in structuring deals for investment, acquisition and divestment. He has worked in a variety of sectors including banking & financial services, energy, telecoms and outsourcing.
He has worked with ICICI Ltd for over 8 years in the treasury, borrowing and corporate strategy development as well as in financing infrastructure projects. Later on, he spent four years with Enron India where he was responsible for Finance and M&A and was the CEO of Broadband Solutions Private Limited, Enron India’s data center subsidiary. Rahul was one of the initial management team of Firstsource Solutions Limited and was its CFO and headed its consumer debt collections business unit. Rahul is currently consultant to and angel investor in startups and small companies.

Srinjay Sen Gupta

Srinjay is the founder CEO of sports management firm Aspio Limited and is based in London. Prior to setting up his own venture, Srinjay spent 17 years in international sales, consulting, marketing and operations.During the early part of his career Srinjay spent time in India where he worked with consumer products giant Procter and Gamble. He relocated to London in 1996, when he was hired by Infosys to setup and grow their European business. By the time Srinjay left Infosys in 2004, the European business unit had grown to a $250M venture. He then joined iGate as a member of its executive committee where he was responsible for its global sales, marketing and consulting. His last assignment was as an associate principal with McKinsey & Co. where he served global clients across a number of industries. Srinjay has a bachelor’s degree from IIT Kharagpur and a post graduate degree in management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Padmanabhan (Paddy)

Padmanabhan or “Paddy” as he is affectionately called has been involved in the IT Industry for over 25 years with leading organizations like PSI-Bull & Infosys. While at Infosys, he played a key role in handling the technology development and software architecture for large enterprise applications and products. He quickly rose up the ranks and during the latter part of his decade long stay at Infosys, Paddy was heading the Finacle (Core Banking solution) architecture team. During this period, he successfully directed the re-architecting of the banking application to a centralized browser based solution and handled the scaling of the application to set new benchmarks in core banking application scalability.

Paddy is presently the Managing Director & CEO of Appnomic, an IT operations automation and management company. He is a graduate in Mathematics from Madras University and has many firsts to his credit, including developing an application server which was launched in the international market in 1996.
