We are currently lookingfor a Digital Sales/Ad Sales Manager who will use consultative sales skills tounderstand our advertisers’ digital needs and deliver measurable solutions tocreate mutual business synergy. As a manager he/she will partner directly withclients to provide comprehensive digital solutions

Responsibilities

  • Actively pitching brands/agencies and presenting them with brand solutions.
  • Having workable knowledge of Corporate and Agency sales
  • Hands on Experience in Video Sales
  • Developing a market development plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Own Revenue and Profitability targets for the assigned territory
  • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects from Agencies and Direct Clients
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitors’ campaigns and promotions.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of Online business and digital marketing
  • Relevant experience in Digital Media – Sales profile both Agencies and Direct Clients
  • Agency and marketing media buying contacts will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of digital and advertising market
  • Presentable, Good in Spoken and Written English
  • Outgoing, Ambitious and Sales Oriented Person
  • Strong Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation Skills
