Brief Description : As a Business Analyst, you will work with one of our senior consultants and help solve important business problems of our clients. You will perform analytical work and attend client meetings. You will be groomed to be a successful management consultant in future. You will get several opportunities to learn how to solve variety of demanding business problems. Above all, you will have the privilege of meeting and working with outstanding and inspiring business people. At appropriate time, you may be responsible for engaging multiple clients.
Role Responsibilities :
• Running team meetings by driving discussions
• Collaborate and liaison with various functions to ensure timely execution on multiple projects
• Goal setting, planning & analysis, feasibility studies, and inputs for key initiatives.
• Analyze the existing process of clients
• Setting up of management processes and structures
• Design service rollout plan
• Converting business idea to business process
• Document the business requirement & recommendations
