Brief Description : As a consultant, you will work with a team of business analysts and be responsible for making a client engagement successful. You will perform complex analysis, develop and recommend solutions for the clients’ business problems. You will also be responsible for the documentation, validation, execution of your recommendations and for ensuring that your clients achieve the benefits that you predict in your recommendations. You will be responsible for developing deeper functional knowledge in our capability areas.
At appropriate time, you may be responsible for managing multiple clients. You will be groomed to be a successful client relationship manager with industry expertise.
Role Responsibilities :
• Manage client relationship
• Manage partner relationship
• Liaison with multiple departments of Client & their partners
• Manage service roadmap & prioritization
• Analyze the existing process of clients
• Design effective processes for WEB2.0 integration
• Define service rollout strategy with timeline

Qualifying Requirements :
Academic : MBA , Engineering with at least first class
